About me

My name is Denell Ragas, I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist with over 8 years of experience. I’ve worked primarily serving adults with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and trauma. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, as well as Biblical Christian counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My goal is to provide and serve with the tools I’ve been given to help you navigate through life successfully. I look forward to assisting others on their path to wellbeing and being that supportive tool in your healing/recovery process.
