About me

Hi and welcome! Congratulations on taking the first step to feeling better!! I am Denise, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience. I meet clients where they are at and take it from there. I use a client centered approach. You, after all are the expert on you. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, depression, anxiety and relationships. I also specialize in working with individuals with autism. Together, we can make you feel more joy, fulfillment and happiness. I look forward to working together. Sometimes communication can get lost in translation through messages. I am available for live communication through video or phone chat. Please feel free to schedule a live session if that is what you prefer. I have availability M-F and some hours on the weekends. If you prefer to communicate through messaging, please allow 24-48 hours for me to reply.
