I am a trained and certified geriatric therapist with over 10 years experience in depression, anxiety, caregiving and navigating life transition issues.I have also helped many people navigate their feelings around the challenges of chronic illnesses, pain and end of life issues. I enjoy working with people who are not afraid to do the work and enjoy helping them to move forward and beyond the life issues that may be holding them back. My counseling style is non-judgmental and empathic. I seek the results you desire by relying on your personal strengths and the support you may or may not have around you. I combine cognitive behavioral, narrative, goal centered therapy and motivational interviewing. I am also well versed in community resources..
