Greetings. I want to congratulate you on taking the first step towards recovery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), with certifications in Mental Health Teletherapy (CTMH), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Every journey needs a guide. On your journey to recovery, I walk with you to help guide you to a better understanding of where you have been and where you want to go. I believe in the therapeutic relationship and the power of that relationship can help affect change. While I approach counseling from a wide array of approaches, such as humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral, my approach is tailored to what you need and what will serve you the best. I believe that effective change and effective therapy takes time. It takes a willingness to explore the past, consider the present, and change the future for the better.
