I have been in practice for 15 years in the mental health field, since earning my Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College in 2009. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, I work with clients in both private practice and within the outpatient hospital setting. Drawing upon the bountiful resources of Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Approach, and Art Therapy (if requested), I seek to balance our sessions with compassion, clinical skill, and creativity, incorporating personalized coping tools to address your goals and build upon your natural strength and innate resilience.
