Hi My name is Donna. Who I Am seems loaded as we are constantly changing and evolving. So currently I am a; happily married, mother of 2 amazing humans and an assortment of fur babies and ** I became a Grandmother December of 2021 (She’s amazing!), am blessed with loving family and friends. I enjoy gardening, art, music, travel and am currently embarking on the renovation of a 1972 Avion. I am/have been passionate about assisting others in becoming the best version of themselves for past 20 years. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, a practicing Reality Therapist who requires you to put in the work. Change is not easy, but it is necessary if you want to move past; being stuck -repeating negative patterns, anger, depression, lethargy. The achievement of a goal can be challenging. IT’S HARD WORK but can be accomplished if you remain motivated and engaged. I have provided Mental Health therapy for Individuals/Groups with both Adults/Children in a wide variety of venues. You will find me non-judgmental, supportive and committed to helping you achieve the tools and skills needed to promote inner peace and joy. I have only 1 rule for therapy. 1) Be 100 honest. I know how daunting that can seem. Honesty in Therapy is vital and absolutely essential in the virtual format. I look forward to working with you!
