About me

I am a LCSW, licensed in the state of Florida with 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I graduated from the University of South Florida with my Master’s in Clinical Social work in 2000. I have a wide range of experience, working in various practice settings including: inpatient, outpatient community mental health, private practice, and home health. My counseling style is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe we all have the capacity for change and growth and it is my privilege to help motivated individuals in their journey toward self-improvement and growth. You can expect that I will treat you with compassion and non-judgment and be present with you as you work on your self-determined goals. Video sessions are immensely helpful to the therapeutic relationship, but I can communicate with you via text and phone as well. I believe it takes courage and strength to seek help to reach your goals. I am here for you on your journey. I look forward to working with you!
