About me

Hi, Im Elise. I have many years of experience helping clients with a variety of different issues including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting and relationship issues and addictions. I also have extensive experience working with clients in the perinatal period- this means pregnancy and postpartum. I also love working with clients who are ttc, experiencing fertility challenges, and have experienced pregnancy or infant loss as well as supporting new parents in adjusting to their new roles and identities after becoming parents. I believe in welcoming everyone into our therapy relationship with warmth, understanding, sensitivity, acceptance and compassion. Therapy is a judgment free zone that I view as a collaborative relationship. Together we will tailor our work and goals to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
