Hi , I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have over ten years of experience in the field of mental health, family and relationship counseling as well as substance abuse issues. . I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma, as well as relationship/family issues, as well as grief, self-esteem, OCD, and anger management and identity /sexual issues . Some of the treatment methods I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, a Holistic approach and empathic listening. It is primarily a client-centered approach. I work with you to create an individualized plan for short- and long-term goals. Ultimately, we are striving to do more than treat problems. We can work together to improve the overall quality of your life to attain more peace, satisfaction and happiness.
