Throughout my career, I have cultivated skills in addressing trauma, EMDR( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), grieving, adoption and parenting issues. My style is warm and compassionate. My method is directive and solution focused, drawing on techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
