I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with proficiency in providing counseling to clients of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, loss and separation, relationship issues, parenting problems, caregiving conflicts, and issues with work/home balance. I am primarily a cognitive therapist who works with clients to identify and correct thinking styles that interfere with achievement of personal goals. I approach each client with dignity and respect and strive to develop a positive therapeutic alliance in which I partner with clients to achieve their desired clinical success.
