About me

I value the uniqueness of you. No person, conflict, issue, or struggle is the same. Having worked with a varied client population in a wide array of clinical settings, my approach to each client is individualized and client-centered. Throughout the years, I’ve gained experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they address their own mental illness, life choices, and ineffective behavioral patterns. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families dealing with interpersonal problems, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and difficulties stemming from family conflict. Furthermore, I’m a certified provider of multiple evidence-based trauma therapy models including EMDR and TF-CBT. I utilize a solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approach and will work collaboratively with you to realize the change you’ve been looking for.
