About me

I am licensed in South Carolina with clinical experience as both a Clinic-Based Therapist and a Clinic Director. Additionally, I have spent the last several years developing and teaching wellness programming for children and adults that focuses on mindfulness, movement, problem-solving, communication, social connection, coping, and relaxation skills. I have developed a Mindful Parenting Program as well. I am certified in Foundations of Meditation and as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting challenges, feelings of disconnection, trauma, and coping with life changes. My theoretical framework stems from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and other research-based modalities. My therapeutic style is very client-centered as I believe that you are the expert on your life. We can partner together to create a plan that meets your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes tremendous courage and I am truly honored to be a part of your growth and journey towards the life that you want.
