About me

I am an individual therapist licensed in both Maine and Massachusetts. I have my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work and my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kenyon College. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I use client-centered, emotionally-focused and solution-focused therapy, as well as mindfulness therapy. My passion lies in assisting people to find their authentic self, and to improve their relationships with important people in their lives. Whether your unhappiness and struggles stem from mental health issues or life circumstances, it is my goal to help you understand your situation better and gain clarity and inner peace.
