About me

My purpose is to provide a path to hope, healing, and happiness. I am licensed in Arizona with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with sex addiction, relationship issues, betrayal trauma, infidelity, abuse, intimacy-related issues, and unhealthy communication styles. Other areas include self-esteem, motivation, and procrastination. I create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can truly feel heard, understood, and accepted. Counseling is a collaborative process where I offer knowledge, insights, and skills grounded in my training as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Change doesn’t come without discomfort. In accordance with this, I challenge my clients to embrace discomfort and offer opportunities to do so. I will bring my expertise, knowledge, love, and compassion. You bring your vulnerability, determination, and curiosity to learn. Together, we can move you along the path to true happiness and healing.
