I am License Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina since 2011. However I have 28 years of professional mental health work experience with children, adolescents, adult, and geriatric populations in a variety of settings. If are at least 13 years and up I currently help clients with teen counseling, stress and anxiety, couples counseling, anger management, depression, and substance abuse issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
