About me

I am a semi-retired Licensed Professional counselor with more than 25 years experience. I am now only working two days a week. I just finished an advanced training program in Core Transformation. It was a wonderful journey transforming many of my troublesome thoughts, feeling and behaviors I have had through out my entire life. I decided to do this because after I was guided through the Core Transformation process, it resulted in a greater sense of inner peace and calm than I have ever experienced. It changed many of the life issues I was working on, including anxiety, stress, self-esteem, resentment, and other issues. After completing the process I also notice a sense of happiness and well-being in life in general. I decided to make this gentle and kind process available so that others may experience the benefits of this process as well. What thought, feeling or behaviors would you like to change? If you would like additional information about the process, watch this 17 minute video posted on Youtube by one of my trainers.
