My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, Borderline personality disorder, loneliness, self-esteem, stress-management and addiction concerns. Throughout life we often develop behaviors or have thoughts that at one time are helpful to our survival but then grow to no longer serve us and may cause us problems with securing and maintaining a life worth living.
