I have over 11 years of experience in psychotherapy. I have experience in clinical therapy and supervision. I take pride in helping clients reach their fullest potential and conquer obstacles and hurdles along the way. I have experience in working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and much more. My counseling style is warm and inviting. I believe in the importance of treating each and every person with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels and passing judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and psychodynamic counseling.
