About me

As a licensed therapist in Georgia with over three decades of experience, I specialize in teaching clients how to take charge of their lives, reclaim their personal power and eliminating regret by changing limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits, so that they can end their suffering and enjoy their lives again. My practice focuses on helping clients quickly eliminate the thoughts and beliefs that prevent them from feeling the way they really want to feel, so that they can experience real personal and spiritual growth. Clients who work with me often experience deep and surprising increases in their self-esteem, self-trust, and understanding of themselves so that they can thrive during life transitions. For the past 15 years or so of my private practice, I have focused, almost exclusively, on helping women learn how to honor themselves without guilt or resistance so that they can feel happy, free and excited about life again. I have worked with many men, over the past 33 years, to help them shore up their self-confidence, and understand themselves better, as well as worked with business owners and C-Suite employees who want to thrive in their roles and help their company’s employees boost performance, enhance company culture and increase company profits. My therapeutic style is clear, compassionate and direct and I always give clients real tools and homework after each session that helps ground in the work they do in session. I see the root cause of challenges very quickly and easily and this allows me to help clients discover their inner strengths and address these root causes quickly, effectively and without self-loathing. Drawing from extensive clinical experience, I know what it takes to help people who truly want to change their lives. If you are “all in” with yourself and are ready to do whatever it takes to create a life you love, I will use all my tools, strategies, and wisdom to help you create real and lasting change in your life. If you do the internal work, then your outer world, and everything in it, will reflect your growth.
