About me

Hi, I am Janis. Thank you for having the courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life. For 32 years I have been a licensed psychotherapist. My life experience includes being a wife, a teacher and a mother and grandmother. I love being able to listen. Clients I have served are those who have experienced stress and anxiety, depression and problems with lack of confidence and motivation, self defeating behaviors and coping with trauma and life changes. I understand aging and compassion fatigue. I believe in listening and treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Together we will create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. You are bravely moving towards meaningful change. You are wiser than you think. My goal is to support & empower you in finding healing and growth.
