About me

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for more than 30 years. I have a BA in communications from Webster College and an MSW from St. Louis University, both located in St. Louis, MO. My work as a therapist has been in community mental health, in-patient psychiatry, addictions and in private practice. I also spent time as a behavior specialist for the Medicaid Waiver Program working with developmentally disabled people. My approach to therapy is typically client-centered. I use family systems, CBT, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing and other approaches in my work. I have been fortunate to have walked with hundreds of men, women and teens on their journey toward a more satisfying life, physically. psychologically and spiritually.
