I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed by the state of Texas, with over 18 years of experience working as a mental health and career guidance counselor. I have worked with clients of all ages and stages of life with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, relationships, career challenges, learning disabilities, eating disorders, conflict resolution, health and wellness, addiction, and more. My counseling style is positive, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating all with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without judgement, creating a safe place for clients to work on their challenges and struggles. My approach is cognitive-behavioral and humanistic, while also incorporating reality therapy and solution focused therapy.
