Hello! Thanks for stopping by! I am a Licensed therapist in California with 20 years experience in private practice. I mainly see adults. I work well with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and stress related disorders. I also see those with addictions and anger. Through person centered, and focusing on strengths and solutions, I assist clients in exploring relationships among thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to aid in discovering dysfunctional thought patterns leading to self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. I am certified in Brainspotting, and have incorporated that into therapy. I am a recent transplant to California from Virginia.
