Hello there and welcome to taking the first step as it relates to living a happier and more fulfilling life, My name Jehan Knight and I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in the state of Florida. I have eleven years experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families with various mental health disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, Trauma- related, Disruptive, Impulse Control and Conduct -related issues; and substance abuse disorders. My approach is focused around the Client-Centered, Cognitive- Behavioral, and Solution-Focused therapeutic standpoints; and I would describe my counseling style as warm, empathetic, and interactive . I believe in showing everyone I work with respect, and compassion by being non-judgmental, kind and providing a safe space which will allow us to not only build on our therapeutic relationship but to work on the goals and objectives of your treatment plan. Looking forward to working with you one step at a time.
