About me

A little about me: I’m a Marriage Family Therapist in California licensed since 2008. I’ve worked with various populations but mainly with youth and their families focusing on parenting skills, relationships, addictions, and trauma issues to name a few. Therapeutically, I draw upon different counseling modalities (such as cognitive behavioral techniques and Bowenian family systems) while addressing you, the client, as a whole being— not solely the presenting situation and/or problem. Personally, I’ve been married for 16 years and we have an eleven-year-old. We love camping and going to the beach when we can.
