About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Massachusetts and have been working in my field for over 20 years. I am also a certified Life Coach. I have experience working with clients who have a wide variety of goals including working to improve relationships (couples counseling), learning how to cope with depression, anxiety, addiction, life changes, domestic violence, improving parenting skills, learning how to better communicate, child welfare challenges (DCF), improve overall life satisfaction and many more. I believe in developing a collaborative relationship with clients to develop tools and resources that clients are comfortable and confident in being able to implement and utilize to help them continue to be successful even after the therapeutic relationship comes to an end. My approach is one of compassion and unconditional positive regard toward my clients.
