I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of concerns including stress management and anxiety, coping with addictions and depression. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma and abuse, as well as post traumatic stress disorder. I also have experience in working with those who need improvement with motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My therapy style is warm and interactive.
