About me

I am licensed in Washington with 15 years of professional work experience in community mental health and private practice. I graduated with a Master’s of Psychology in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in 2005. I have experience in supporting clients through situational issues as well as developing strategies to manage chronic challenges. I earned designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist and provided clinical supervision to provisional licensees, interns, and senior clinicians before moving to private practice. We will collaborate to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs, builds on your existing strengths, and reaches your goals. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to allow for growth that may be uncomfortable at times.
