I am a California licensed therapist who is an LGBTQ ally with over 7 years of professional work experience. I am a military Veteran and have extensive knowledge of military life and the intricacies of what it takes to be in a military family. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, & intimacy related issues. I have experience working with young children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults.
