About me

Pronouns: she/her/hers My name is Jill Holmes-Brown. I am a licensed clinical Social Worker with over 20 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I earned my master’s degree from the University of Connecticut specializing in Individual and Group Therapy in 1998. I believe in a non-judgmental approach that has a foundation built on the relationship and Rapport that we develop. Often it can be helpful to connect with a helping professional who can lend a different perspective on the struggles and challenges you may be facing and offer support and guidance. Taking the first step and reaching out is often the hardest! We will begin where you are comfortable and continue at your pace. I connect with people using compassion, acceptance and understanding. I strive to look at every individual with a Multi-cultural lens as we ALL have different experiences, backgrounds, and stories. I look forward to hearing from you and discussing what works best for you, video sessions, phone sessions, messaging and chat are all options.
