Joanne Jones (LMFT)

My name is Joanne Jones. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida with over 17 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients dealing with many concerns including relationship issues, family issues, anxiety, career challenges, anger management, depression, and ADHD. My counseling style is non-judgmental, caring, compassionate, and a belief that you are capable of deciding what is best for you. I am here to help guide and support you through this journey of your life.  My therapy approaches are Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Brief. I feel these approaches will help you get where you need to go in the most efficient way. This means giving you the tools you can use immediately to help you with your concerns. I will cultivate an environment where you feel safe and comfortable to grow.
