I am a license practicing counselor in the commonwealth of Virginia with 3 years of experience working as a counselor and therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is engaging with the intent to partner with you to explore and achieve your goals.
