I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of clinical experience. I am an existential-humanistic practitioner w who will provide an empathetic, compassionate, non-judgemental environment where you can be fully heard and understood. I am not interested in identifying symptoms to pathologize and label people. I am interested in meeting the needs of individuals and couples by utilizing a mind, body. and spiritual approach with the intent of addressing the root causes of pain and discomfort. A strength based approach will pave the way toward happiness and give the spirit a fertile ground in which to flourish. I will help you to explore, appreciate, and expand on the strengths you already possess to fulfill your greatest potential. In addition to being a LMFT I have been a world class bodybuilder and personal trainer for 30years, published author, host and producer of the Rise Above Project, and I have always cared more about making a difference than making a dollar. Therefore, I am uniquely qualified to help you create meaning, purpose, and relevance in your life as well as transforming yourself into the person you were meant to be.
