About me

Hello and welcome! For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s many challenges, transitions, and healing journeys. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs — because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth. My approach is compassionate, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported- whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking greater self-understanding. Counseling with me is a collaborative process: you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk alongside you with care and clinical insight. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, or psychodynamic exploration. My work with children often includes expressive and play-based techniques, while with teens and adults, I offer both short-term, goal-oriented tools and deeper emotional work, depending on what feels most helpful. I understand that starting counseling can feel scary. Reaching out for help, especially when you’re overwhelmed, uncertain, or hurting, takes courage. It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure. But taking that first step is a powerful act of self-care. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to begin. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring what matters to you and finding the tools and insights that help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life. If you’re considering counseling, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this part of your journey.
