About me

I am licensed in Texas with 12 years of professional work experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, interpersonal conflicts, intrapersonal growth, and adjustment to life changes. I enjoy helping people think and interact in more healthy ways. Having lived outside the United States for 22 years, I have a personal understanding of the expat experience and reentry issues for adults and TCK’s. Similarly, I also have personal and professional experience with adoption. I am a Christian and am happy to incorporate the Christian faith into counseling, if you desire and request that. I also respect people from different faith backgrounds and those who do not want faith to be part of counseling.
