About me

Welcome! I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor working with clients from a holistic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental perspective. I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (supporting mental health during pregnancy and postpartum) and a focus on spiritually integrated psychotherapy (integrating the client’s unique spiritual perspectives into therapy, if applicable). I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help increase awareness of emotions, body sensations, thoughts, and behavior patterns. While I have specialized training in these areas, I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life purpose issues, major life transitions, relationship issues, existential crisis, and self-esteem issues. Healing and growth happen more naturally when you feel truly seen and heard. Each individual is unique, and therapy is tailored to support your specific mental, emotional, and/or spiritual needs. When I’m not in session, you can often find me playing with my toddler, gardening, or exploring new ideas about the intersection of psychology and spirituality. These passions keep me grounded and continually curious about the many ways we can grow and heal.
