Dr. Karen Owen (Psychologist)

Owen Jiménez, I am a bilingual clinical psychologist originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, currently licensed in the state of New Jersey. I have over ten years of experience helping my patients understand their emotions and their personal situations in order to work with them to become better versions of themselves. My education, training and experience in the field of clinical psychology has provided me with a solid background in individual, adolescent, couples and family therapy. I specialize in working with individuals that have experienced complex trauma. Also, i work with clients that experience anxiety and depression. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist. My role is to work with my client at their own pace to reach their personal therapeutic goals.
