My name is Kasey Tanari and I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with experience working with children and families. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, ADHD, ODD, depression, and relationship issues. I have also worked with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse. I understand the effects that anxiety and depression can have on everyday living and functioning. My counseling style is friendly and interactive. I believe everyone deserves respect as they learn new skills and process through life’s challenges. Generally, I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy. Adjustments can be made to best meet your specific needs throughout our time together. People often seek help because they feel overwhelmed by the things that occur in their lives. Even though life can be a bit much at times, I am excited to work with you and help you live your best life.
