About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience in Jacksonville, Florida. I have worked with a variety of clients including birth parents, adoptive parents, active duty military and their spouses, veterans as well as others addressing anxiety, communication, confidence, trauma, abuse and other issues. My counseling style is interactive, warm and I often inject humor into our sessions. I am non-judgmental and treat everyone with respect. I use solution focused therapy in order to assist you in meeting your goals and objectives. Your treatment plan will be designed to meet your specific and unique goals and may be changed as needed. It has been my experience that clients have more insight into their issues than they realize and often reach their goals faster than they anticipate once they recognize what needs to be done.
