I am licensed in New Jersey with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping youth, teens, adults, Vets, and Senior Citizens . I have also worked with different mental health issues including but not limited to stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. My goal is to meet my clients where they are in an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
