I am a licensed counselor in Georgia with 16 years of experience. I believe that most of us possess the solutions to our challenges but need a little extra help getting to the finish line. My background is in clinical mental health and school counseling. This allows me to utilize multiple techniques including person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and logotherapy to help empower you along your life journey. I appreciate that you are taking the first step to engage in therapy and view it as a strength. Many people are struggling, but you are choosing to be active in your self-care and facilitating the improvement of your life. My goal is to create a safe environment where we both can be honest and genuine. I strive to meet you where you are while also challenging you to reach your goals. I am available for video sessions but can also consult via phone or text sessions if that is your preference.
