About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’ve been practicing for more than 20 years. I’ve worked in prisons, hospitals, private practice, home health and hospice. I’ve worked with Veterans and active duty military members and their families. I have experience in sex offender treatment, anger management, addictions counseling and LGBTQ+ issues. I’ve worked with families, individuals and couples in a private practice setting. My approach is informal-I prefer my clients feel comfortable and at-ease. Time with me should feel safe. I believe in accountability and am solution-focused. By using Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, my goal is to help clients learn to take control of their thoughts and feelings and implement coping skills to improve their day-to-day lives.
