I am a licensed clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience of working with individuals in crisis. Areas of specialization include mental health crisis and trauma, depression and anxiety, special needs population, adjustment disorder and relational issues (adult as well as parent/child). I have a very warm and empathetic approach; non judgmental, a good listener and easy to talk to. I am a client centered therapist and ready to help in the way most suited to your individual needs with a very tailored approach. These are very trying times with all that is going on in the world today. More than ever, people are reaching out for extra support. I commend those individuals who are brave enough to seek help and I look forward to partnering with you!
