As a therapist, I strive to help you sleep better, worry less and enjoy life more! With the help of Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, Trauma with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other related modalities, I use personal insight and professional experience to provide clients with a safe place to be heard, free fears, reduce anxieties, eliminate unwanted behaviors, grow, improve and conquer insomnia. I love empowering others to achieve their goals and dreams and help people better understand themselves and the world they live in so that they can experience more of the joy life has to offer. My approach as a therapist is compassionate and respectful, honoring each client’s unique strengths and resources to move forward in a process toward positive change and growth. I see children, adolescents, couples, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ) Clients, families and adults for various issues including, relationship challenges, supporting new and expectant mothers, eating disorders, adjustment problems, trauma, grief and loss.
