About me

I am licensed in Kentucky with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience as substance abuse and dual diagnosis therapist, Clinical Director and Operations Director. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, life transitions, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe that the client is the expert on his or her life and use a client-centered, strength based, holistic approach to counseling to provide a safe space to heal, gain insight and identify strengths to facilitate change. My initial focus is on the therapeutic relationship and I work collaboratively with my clients to create goals that increase self-worth and promote living a fully functioning life of purpose and fulfillment.
