Hello, I am a Licensed Psychologist in Maryland with a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I have over 10 years of experience working with clients with concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment challenges, relationship difficulties, parenting and family challenges, and family violence. My professional experiences in counseling as well as consulting in the private sector have focused on promoting holistic well-being and helping people live out their full purpose and potential. My counseling style is client-centered, supportive, and empathic, and I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches. My approach is grounded in trust, collaboration, and a deep appreciation and respect for clients’ multicultural experiences, identities, and perspectives.
