About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey and I have been working with clients for the past 25 years. I have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, mental health agencies, insurance companies and private practice . It has been my privilege to guide my clients through their individual journey as they uncover their healthier selves, I have supported clients struggling with depression, relationship issues, grief, loss, bipolar and anxiety disorders. I have received my Masters Degree from New York University and trained psychoanalytically. My current style is psychodynamic ,utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques as we work together to help shape clients personal goals. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I integrate kindness, respect and humor to help assist my clients. Beginning counseling can be overwhelming. Be proud of yourself fro taking the first step.
