Welcome! My name is Lesley Roach and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida with over 15 years experience as a counselor. I enjoy working with adolescents & adults around issues of depression/anxiety, behavioral concerns, adjustment/life transitions, and vocational issues. My counseling style is individualized to provide guidance and support in a safe space that is most conducive to building strength and confidence in yourself. My sessions are goal-directed and help develop the life skills and strategies to approach challenges life may bring. We all face obstacles and need to build a network around us to support us and help to overcome those obstacles! I look forward to meeting you and helping to build that network.
