About me

I am licensed in Oklahoma with 4 years of professional work experience. However, I have over 30 years of experience working with millennials as a youth group leader. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). As a trauma survivor myself, I specialize in C-PTSD and PTSD. I am also a veteran and several generational military family member. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
